If there is any suspicion of illegal activity or misuse of the product, Otixer reserves all rights to access customer data. It is always the customer's responsibility to ensure that the customer's account information is correct and up to date. Otixer must per demand or request provide the initial research reason when they force files of customer data.
When using services within Otixer, it is always at the customer's own responsibility. Otixer is not responsible for data or content. The customer is responsible for any illegal or infringing data or content. Exceptions are only taken into consideration if they are in conflict with the Service Level Agreements.
Upon termination of services, the customer has the opportunity to terminate via our Dashboard, per email request, or by direct contact with verified company contact options.
According to the Personal Data Act, the customer always has the right to gain insight into all the information that Otixer has registered on the customer. These data can be requested with no further reason by contacting Otixer Legal team.
The customer is responsible for the security of the account. Otixer will therefore recommend that the customer's password contains both special characters, lowercase and uppercase letters as well as numbers.
If the customer at any time violates the applicable terms, Otixer will give the customer a warning via email/discord and in several cases, the customer's account/server will be closed. Otixer reserves all rights to delete the customer's account / server. Otixer reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts without warnings, under special circumstances.
Otixer can never be held responsible for lost data in the event of, for example, power failure, system failure, etc. The customer is always fully responsible for all data and any lost data.
Otixer always confirms any software terms on behalf of the customer.
Otixer offers Windows on all VPSes for free, it is up to the client to activate windows. Otixer cannot be held responsible for failing to activate Windows.
Any chargeback, dispute, or claim filed against us will result in immediate and permanent termination of all Otixer services, including active products, no matter the outcome of the chargeback.
Otixer offers a 48-hour refund period, if the customer is not satisfied with the product, the customer can contact Otixer to get a refund.
When canceling a product, you can do so via our billing panel. When the customer cancels a service, the client must also remember to remove the automatic billing subscription on PayPal. If the customer does not do this, PayPal will automatically charge the subscription fee, if this does happen, please contact Otixer immediately to get a refund.
By using our services, You agree to comply with all laws and to refrain from any illegal or abusive activities, including but not limited to:
Intentionally disrupting Otixer's network or harming our customers.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service if we determine that your service is being used for any of the aforementioned activities.
